On our mission trip to Costa Rica with Sister Alicea, Young Strength Missions dedicated our time and hearts to serving those in need. Together, we spent our days feeding the poor, sharing not just food but also the love of Jesus. One of the most powerful moments of the trip was helping build a home for a family that was living on the dirt floors in a shed. We wanted to build a place where they could finally feel safe and secure. Working side by side with Sister Alicea and the community showed us the power of faith and unity. It was a humbling experience that showed us how much love can be built with our hands when guided by purpose.
